To Be Broadcast Exclusively on ITV1 in November

ITV1 will give fans and viewers the first international opportunity to see their brand new film, Take That: Look Back, Don't Stare. The programme will be broadcast on ITV1 in November ahead of the planned full-length DVD release on December 6th.

Now a five piece once more, Take That have filmed a fly on the wall documentary charting an extraordinary last twelve months and the real story of the most exciting reunion in British pop history.

The documentary follows Gary Barlow, Howard Donald, Jason Orange and Mark Owen as they reunite with former band mate Robbie Williams, writing and recording an album together and finally confirming the reunion of all reunions to the rest of the world. The documentary reveals exactly how the reunion came about and how the band have rekindled a friendship once more as a five piece, fifteen years since they last recorded a full album together in 1995. Revealing their worries, hopes and concerns about working together again, the film shares the very private process of making their most anticipated album to date.

The film will air ahead of the long awaited release of Take That’s brand new single ‘The Flood’, which is the first song to be taken from the band’s forthcoming album ‘Progress’. The single will be released through Polydor Records on November 14th digitally and November 15th physically.

Their album ‘Progress’ will follow on November 22nd, produced by Stuart Price.

Between them, Take That and Robbie Williams have sold over 80 million albums, played to over 14.5 million people live, won 19 BRIT Awards and five Ivor Novello awards and had 13 number one albums and a staggering 17 number one singles. This is the latest chapter of their incredible story.

The planned full-length DVD will be entitled Look Back, Don’t Stare. A Film About Progress and will be released on December 6th.

Newly released schedule details show the celebrity baiting jungle show will kick off on November 14, straight after The X Factor results show.

And to complete the audience-grabbing night, the network will broadcast the premiere of an eagerly awaited Take That documentary.

TT fans will have another cause for celebration that night as the reformed five-piece are expected to appear on The X Factor programme.

The documentary, Take That: Look Back, Don't Stare, follows the reunion of Robbie Williams with his former bandmates.

The band's return has already been a massive commercial success, with more than one million tickets being sold for their tour in less than 24 hours on Friday.

ITV Controller of Entertainment, John Kaye Cooper, said: "We're thrilled that our great relationship with Take That continues and they feel ITV will be able to give viewers and fans the first opportunity to see this amazingly frank and honest film about the last 12 months of Britain's best loved band."

The channel is refusing to comment on the jungle line-up for this year's I'm A Celebrity but athlete Linford Christie, former MP Lembit Opik and X Factor failure Stacey Solomon are reported to be in the running.

The contestants will again be isolated from the outside world with basic food rations as they cope with the occasionally hostile environment and each other during the hunt for the king or queen of the jungle.
