| The video for this year’s X Factor charity single ‘Wishing on a Star’ will premiere this Friday at 7:55pm on ITV2, it has been confirmed. The promo for the video – which features all 16 of this year’s finalists – was shot last week.
The track, which also features former finalists One Direction and JLS, will go on sale on Monday following a performance on Sunday’s results

| Gary Barlow has admitted that while he may be head judge on The X Factor, it’s his wife that rules the roost at home.
The Take That star has been married to Dawn for eleven years and speaking on Loose Women today, admitted that the final decision about whether or not he would join the X Factor judging panel this year, totally lay with her.
He explained:
When I was asked to dot he show I said, “I would love to say yes right now, but I’ve got to go and ask the real head judge.” I did, I went home and we talked about it.
Gary also joked that despite his fame, his bags of fan mail and thousands of Twitter followers, his wife just isn’t impressed. After being told how hunky he is these days by Denise Welch, he laughed:
Tell my wife how lucky she is, she just will not have it at all. I take it all with a pinch of salt, I make a joke of it all the time.
I am a father of three and I’m married so I go home and it all goes back to normal.

| X Factor judge Gary Barlow has accused Amelia Lily of giving 'desperate' and "out of control" performances.
Barlow has been a frequent critic of the 17-year-old since her return to the show on November 12, stating that Lily deserved to be axed by mentor Kelly Rowland in the first week and berating her for "shouting [her] way through" the latest sing-off, in which his own act Craig Colton was eliminated.

Defending his remarks on today's edition of Loose Women, Barlow insisted: "I thought the comment was absolutely right, her performance was very out of control.
"We're watching high emotion on a programme like this and this to me is when stars really shine. When the pressure is on, you really see what someone's about and for me Craig really stole that performance.
"It was very, very understated and actually reeked of experience to me. Hers seemed to be very desperation."
However, Barlow remained adamant that he only gives out "constructive" criticism to contestants.
"I've never felt like I've been nasty," he said. "I really didn't ever want to become someone who says something for the sake of it.
"But I am really serious about music and when I see something on TV I am critical in my head anyway, so I have been used to hearing things and picking them to pieces for years. When I see someone that walks onto a stage, I hope I can be constructive."
The X Factor continues Saturday, November 26 at 8pm on ITV1.

| X FACTOR judge Gary Barlow insists he never intended to take over Simon Cowell's "Mr Nasty" character.
Despite his sometimes harsh comments, the Take That singer told ITV's Loose Women yesterday: "I've never felt like I've been nasty.
"I really didn't ever want to become someone who says something for the sake of it.
"But I am really serious about music and when I see something on TV I am critical in my head anyway, so I have been used to hearing things and picking them to pieces for years.
"When I see someone on stage, I hope I can be constructive."
But he also told the daytime chatshow that pink-haired Amelia Lily's X Factor performance was "very desperate".

| X Factor judge Gary Barlow has joked he’ll require some three years off following the end of the series next month, having spent almost every waking moment caught up in the reality programme.
Gary, who previously admitted the commitments required by the series had taken him by surprise, said he couldn’t wait for some time off.
“I’m taking some time off next year to remind myself of who my kids are and what their names are!” he said.
“At the moment, everybody in Take That is just enjoying some time off. I reckon I’ll need three years off after X Factor. But I’ve got four live shows to go before that.”
The singer, who last week organised a charity concert for Children in Need, said it had been good to get away from the show… even for a day!
“It’s been nice to concentrate on something else. We get tied up with our own importance and it’s lovely to do something positive.”

| Про клип в целом понравился получился классно правда довески как-то не в кассу немного :D, но где ВСЕ 16 финалистов он получился слишком женский там много девушек видно как мне кажется наличие стольких девушек решили разбавить JLS и 1D. Я насчитала Мишу, Дженет, Маркуса (корого несколько раз показывают что радует), Софи, потом странный дуэт Джонни с Крэйгом!? , Амелию, Китти, Литтл Микс, Крэйг сольно и секундный обрезок The Rick и все, а где остальные. Вот не пойму снимаете всех так и всех показывать надо в не засивисимости от того кто вылетел или кто как себя вел. А так очень даже хорошо получилось

Фрэнки не приглашали сниматься сначала видно хотели он даже написал про съемки, а потом, когда все решилось он удалил сообщение, поэтому его на съемках его не было, он ушел 8-го, а клип снималься 9-го ноября. Очень по свински с ним поступили.

The Take That star mentors 23 year old Marcus on the X Factor but speaking to Now magazine, admitted that sometimes he feels unqualified for the job.
