Frankie Cocozza really is a plank!
The disgraced X Factor star had a celebrity caller, when he finished on Celebrity Big Brother in January and friends say he was amazed when emerged from the Channel 5 reality TV show and received a phone call from Take That star Robbie Williams.
The pair first met back in August of last year, when Robbie helped his bandmate Gary Barlow to pick his finalists for the ITV show at the judges houses round.
However, when Rob caught up with Frankie in January, the 19 year old forgot to save his number and now can’t return the call.
An insider told The Daily Star:
“He could have been the envy of everyone having such a big star in his phone contacts list.”
Frankie’s spokesman said: “He is gutted.”
Frankie could do with a famous pal at the minute too, after it was reported that he has fallen out with his former BFF Kirk Norcross. Insiders say things have gotten frosty between the pair, since TV bosses decided not to pick up on their new reality TV show and instead more have shown interest in working with Cocozza alone.
All that and he was knocked back by Zayn Malik’s ex Stephanie Davis this week…..he hasn’t had it easy!
