Meanwhile the custom backing of "The Garden" is currently in production on the Song Galaxy site, should be done in a week or two, and it's gonna be smashing, especially seeing how the other TT tracks they got are wicked. (their version of Up All Night is scary, sounds an awful lot like the original TT recording, wicked). It's funny how fast people move to make the backings just as the single is announced.

Lady GaGa will support Take That when they hit the road this summer.

The Just Dance singer will join the boy band for their gigs at Manchester's Old Trafford Cricket Ground and London's Wembley Stadium in June and July.

The Saturdays and James Morrison will also be supporting Take That for the remainder of their tour across the UK.

Meanwhile, Lady GaGa, 23, has been given a month off to ensure she doesn't burn out, reports The Sun.

Take That were formed in Manchester in 1989 amidst the heady daze of the ‘Madchester’ indie rock / rave crossover. They went on to become the most successful boy band of all-time in British music.

Between 1991 and 1996 they sold no fewer than 19 million albums. But not long after the departure of Robbie Williams, Gary Barlow, Howard Donald, Jason Orange and Mark Owen announced Take That were to split. Robbie went on to have a successful solo career while the rest of Take That were relegated to the ‘B list’.

It wasn’t until 2005, following a well received documentary and success of a newly released greatest hits album, Never Forget - The Ultimate Collection, that Gary, Howard, Jason and Mark, announced a 2006 Take That reunion tour of the UK. The tour was a massive success, and in 2006 they released their first studio album in ten years, Beautiful World.

Beautiful World included the single Shine, which won Best British Single at the 2008 BRIT Awards. Take That received four nominations for the 2008 BRIT Awards including Best Album and Best British Group, and won Best Live Act and Best British Single.

In November 2008 Greatest Day was the first single to be released from their fifth studio album, The Circus. Both debuted at no.1 in the UK singles and albums charts.

Since their successful reunion, rumours have continually circulated that Robbie Williams is either to join the band on stage either permanently or for a one-off comeback. So far, neither has proved to be correct. Nevertheless, Take That concert tickets are hot property this summer.

This summer Take That are playing a UK and Ireland stadium tour. I’m not sure what Robbie Williams is up to.

Carrying the staging, lights and set north, they headed towards Sunderland’s Stadium of Light.

Travelling in convoy, the trucks stopped traffic and amazed onlookers as they wound their way along the country roads towards the A1.

Take That kick off their monumental 20-date summer tour on June 5 on Wearside.

They will then travel to Coventry, Cardiff, Glasgow and Manchester, before ending with four sell-out shows at London’s Wembley Stadium in July.

Gary, Howard, Jason and Mark will play to more than one million people along the way – making this the biggest tour the band have ever undertaken.

As well as the opening night, Take That will perform a second show at the Stadium of Light the following evening and Jason Orange told the Chronicle he is thrilled.

“Everybody says in these interviews ‘wouldn’t you have rather started at Wembley or Manchester?’ he said.

“We’re not bothered about that. We’ve always had fantastic support and the further north you go in our country, the more electric the audience is.

“I don’t need to say this, but the North East fans have always been electric and some of our best supporters.

“We can’t wait to get there.”

Jason is no stranger to the region. His mum ran the Rosie Malone pub in South Shields for about five years.

“I was up there a few times. I loved it,” he said.

It is Take That’s first full-scale stadium tour, having played Newcastle’s Metro Radio Arena four times since reforming in 2005.

Jason admitted all four members of the band are not taking their success for granted second-time round.

“It’s just life I suppose. Every time you think you’ve got a hold on life and how it works it always surprises you,” he reflected.

“In this instance it surprised us in the most wonderful way possible.

“On one of the last nights on our previous tour, the promoter said if we did another one it might be a good idea to do stadiums.

“It is easier for us as you work less and get to see more people.

“It is a change from arenas. We did maybe 50 arena dates last time.

“To do stadiums this time is a different environment and a different challenge.”

One of those challenges, he admitted, was topping their previous shows.

With 59 trucks heading to the Stadium of Light, that shouldn’t be a problem.

“In a stadium area we can have a bigger facility and a bigger production,” he explained.

“It is always a challenge improving on the last time.

“We’ve never been afraid to spend the money and I suppose the trick this time is doing the research and choosing the right people to be able to put us together a huge stadium show, but without it turning into something ridiculous.”

“All of us are really looking forward to getting back on the road again.

“We can think of no better way to thank everyone for their support and loyalty over the past few years.

“This will be the biggest tour we’ve ever done and we’ve been working especially hard over the last few months to make it the best and most exciting Take That tour yet.”

News - Take That The reformed band had hoped that nobody would know they were staying in the Swan Hotel while rehearsing for their forthcoming tour, The Circus, which opens next month.

Staff at the hotel were sworn to secrecy about the boy band and said they were unable to reveal information about guests.

However, BoS tracked Take That down to the Cardington hangars where they were heard belting out the tunes during rehearsals for the tour which begins on June 5.

Later on Thursday evening, BoS reporter Keeley Knowles was staggered when heartthrob Mark Owen walked into the bar of the Swan hotel and sat opposite her.

Sipping a glass of white wine, Mark revealed that the band had been there for two days and were staying into next week.

He said that he thought Bedford ‘was a very pretty place’ and that all the crew had been surprised how nice the town was.

He said: “Some of them have been running along the river which is lovely.

“We haven’t been out in town yet because we’ve been too knackered.”

The 90s sensations, who reformed in 2006, did not want people to find out where they were staying and when asked for a photograph Mark Owen said they couldn’t let us take one.

He had said the same to a female fan who approached him earlier.

Later in the evening, police officers were called to the hotel after five youths tried to gain entry from the back of the premises.

The security guard alleged that one of the youths had pushed him and a few hours later, officers arrested two teenage boys, one from Kempston and one from Bedford.

It was not confirmed whether the incident was related or not.

Shortly afterwards Mark Owen, who was wearing flip-flops, came into the bar and bandmates Gary Barlow and Jason Orange joined him along with various members of the entourage.

The group mentioned that they planned to hire out a cinema screen today and were debating whether to see Wolverine, Star Trek or Angels and Demons.

They were seen having a good time although Jason got some stick for drinking ‘just hot water’ and Gary played their most recent song ‘The Greatest Day’ on his mobile phone.

The band begins its tour, which is their biggest one to date, at Sunderland’s The Stadium of Light next month. They are not the only stars to have been spotted rehearsing at Bedfordshire’s landmark hangars.

In 1993, Bedford Borough Council granted planning permission for the construction of theatrical stagings and it was used by musicians including Paul McCartney, U2, Rod Stewart and AC/DC.
