1. Farrell is inspired by your grandfather, Jack Farrell. Is there a particular item in the collection that reminds you of him?
The general essence of Jack runs through every item of clothing in the collection.
2. Is there a story behind the latest Farrell collection?
With Farrell there’s always a story! The amnesty football match played between British and German soldiers in WW1 inspired our latest collection.
We spent a long time researching key military pieces, we then took those templates and moulded them into the Farrell look, producing strong fashion pieces in quality fabrics with great attention to detail. This gives the clothes the Farrell edge, like the foulard print trim and Saville Row detailing.
3. Which piece(s) will you be wearing this autumn winter?
The Control Trench. I am in love with it.
4. Who would you love to see wearing the brand?
Anyone, anywhere, any time.
5. Describe the typical Farrell guy – what are his interests, what does he do, and how does he dress?
Loves football and maybe half a lager. He hangs with his mates, dresses well but keeps it low key. He’s a hit with the ladies.
6. How does fashion differ from music, and did you encounter any struggles when first creating Farrell?
I am learning my way, I have a small but great team. I treat each piece as a song and Ben (the brand’s Head of Design) is my producer.
7. And lastly, you’re an internationally-renowned singer. If you could pick any song to describe the collection, which would it be?

| After a busy day in Glasgow on Wednesday, today sees Robbie cross the Irish Sea to bring Farrell to Dublin - and Ireland - for the first time. Along with the label's Head of Design, Ben Dickens, he'll be presenting the new Autumn Winter 2012/13 collection at the city's luxury lifestyle store, Brown Thomas, who'll also be stocking the range at their contemporary fashion off-shoot, BT2.
Later on tonight Robbie will be taking to the stage at Dublin's O2 Arena, where he's performing a charity concert to honour a promise he made to Irish fans following a technical malfunction on his 2006 Close Encounters tour. If you're heading to the gig, tweet your photos to @RobbieWilliams with the hashtag #RobbieDublin so everyone can get in on the action. If the Leeds and Glasgow shows earlier in the week are anything to go by you can expect great things!

| The front cover of the latest edition of Music Week features a design you should be pretty familiar with by now. Taking up the entire front page of the trade mag is the gold head that forms the basis of the artwork for Robbie's forthcoming album, Take The Crown!
Delve in and there's also a lengthy interview with Robbie in which he discusses the album, his reunion with Take That, impending fatherhood and just about everything else you could think to fit in five pages… Well worth picking yourself up a copy!

| Phew, what a week! Robbie took to the stage for three very special UK shows last week, stopping at venues he played on his first outing as a solo artist, The Show Off Must Go On tour, back in 1997. The intimacy of these venues lent the gigs an incredible atmosphere and, of course, the opportunity for plenty of photography. As well as playing in Leeds, Glasgow and Southend, Robbie also hopped over to Dublin to play the O2, honouring the promise he made to Irish fans back on the 2006 Close Encounters tour.

| Between entertaining audiences at his run of intimate live shows last week, Robbie was also busy introducing his menswear label, Farrell, to the far reaches of the UK and Ireland!
Friday saw him head to Dublin, where the Autumn Winter 2012/13 collection launched at the city's luxury lifestyle store, Brown Thomas, and their contemporary fashion off-shoot, BT2. Along with Farrell Head of Design, Ben Dickens, Robbie spoke to journalists inside the store, discussing the story of the brand so far and the inspiration behind the range.

Following the success of his sold out September shows, Robbie's gearing up to take to the stage shortly after the release of his new album, Take The Crown, which is available to pre-order now, for what promise to be three unmissable nights of entertainment!
If you'd like to purchase tickets for these special shows, you'll need to register your interest.
Please note: If you previously registered your interest in Robbie's September shows, you will not not need to re-register. You will be automatically notified when tickets become available to purchase.

| Following the announcement that Robbie will be taking to the stage at The O2 London next month, we are very pleased to reveal that Robbie has teamed up with electronics giant Samsung!
The partnership not only sees Samsung sponsoring Robbie's recently-announced live dates, but will mean a brand spanking new app created especially for the shows for you to get your hands on.
If you'd like tickets to the shows on the 22nd, 23rd and 24th November, you'll need to register your interest by midnight BST on Sunday 7th October 2012.

| If you missed out on tickets to Robbie's forthcoming dates at The O2 Arena, you'll no doubt be pleased to hear that you'll be able to enjoy the show from the comfort of your own home!
On 24th November, Sky 1 HD will broadcast the much-anticipated spectacle live into living rooms across the country, meaning everyone can get in on the action. And to ensure that there's plenty of action to go around, lifelong Robbie fan James Corden will be kicking off proceedings with the 90 minute interview special When Robbie Met James!
The documentary will see the pair discuss life, love, fatherhood and music, and even includes backstage footage from the venues Robbie played for his intimate live shows back in September, as well as a stripped down acoustic set of his new material.
We can't wait, and neither can Robbie: "A proper grilling with my friend James, how could I resist?"

| If you're in Italy you've got a double dose of Robbie headed your way this week as Robbie gets set to perform on The X-Factor and Launch his menswear label, Farrell, in Milan on Thursday (18th October)!
The trip marks Farrell's first foray into the country, where Milan's luxury department store, Coin, will be stocking the Autumn Winter 2012/13 collection.
Later on in the evening he'll take to the stage for a performance on the Italian X-Factor, which you can watch live in Italy on Sky 1. With last month's spectacular shows behind him and three lined up for November, Robbie is on fighting-fit live form, so this is not one to be missed!
