| Гари пообещал написать ей песню 
MELANIE MASSON is to try for chart success with a song written for her by Gary Barlow.
The 44-year-old, who was voted off by the public on Sunday, said the Take That frontman has promised to make her a star.
She said: “He told me he’d kill to write a song for me. He’s been such a fan of mine since day one, I’m so lucky to have him as a continued mentor. He loves my voice and says he’ll write me a hit record.”
Barlow was upset again this week when he lost his second act in a row.
Mel said: “He’s annoyed, disappointed and quite angry.”
She pleaded with bosses not to scrap the “overs” category.
Mel added: “It gives people my age a platform. I have so much confidence after years of knocking on doors and being rejected.”
Yesterday, Barlow revealed he’ll perform in Scotland next month on his first UK solo tour.
The Take That star will perform at Edinburgh’s Playhouse on November 21.
