Robbie Williams is reportedly discussing details of a pre-nuptial agreement after getting engaged to girlfriend Ayda Field.
The 36-year-old star proposed to his US actress girlfriend Field, 30, in November - and reports say he has now had his lawyers work out an agreement in case they split.
A source said to UK newspaper Daily Star: 'They're head over heels in love with each other but are realistic about the pressures of a celebrity marriage.
'Both their parents are divorced, and they can't be bothered to risk time, money and heartache, so they think a pre-nup is essential.'

The Bodies singer is said to have wanted the legal agreement drawn up ahead of his wedding to the actress incase things don't work out so they can decide how their assets are divided if the couple were to split.

The former Take That star is rumoured to be walking down the aisle with Ayda at the end of this year and is said to want an 'intimate' ceremony unlike most celebrity weddings…think the total opposite to Katie Price and Peter Andre's bash.

The insider added: "They don't want a huge showbiz wedding with glossy magazines in attendance and flashbulbs going off…"

He and AYDA FIELD have been glued to Midsomer Murders so she can polish her English accent.

A source said: "Ayda has been studying the British tongue so she can make it in the UK.

"She's not had her break in Hollywood but with Robbie's help she has a chance over here.

"She's got a voice coach and spends all her free time watching British shows and films. Midsomer Murders is a real favourite."

I spent time with Robbie and Ayda last year. She was ace and more than happy to spend all day in bed watching DVDs with her fella.

I wonder if DCI Tom Barnaby could benefit from a sexy sidekick in mayhem-filled Midsomer? Or maybe Nettles, who is soon quitting the rural role, could resurrect suave Jersey copper Jim Bergerac.

I'm sad to report that Robbie's dad has claimed there are no baby or wedding plans in the pipeline.

Last year when Rob was promoting album Reality Killed The Video Star, he kept dropping hints that babies and marriage were both imminent.

The couple, who have been together for four years, were even supposed to have set Valentine's Day as the big day.

But now Robbie's old man PETE CONWAY says his lad's got cold feet and has put all plans on the back burner.

Pete, a former club crooner, said: "Rob doesn't have any plans to get married. His view is that there's no rush. There are no wedding plans afoot.

"His girlfriend is so lovely, so wonderful and supports him in every way.

"But Rob doesn't seem to be in a hurry to have kids so he doesn't see the point in rushing into the marriage."

Only back in March, American Ayda gushed: "I can't wait to marry him. We're so in love. The sooner the better."

Maybe that's the kind of chat which scared Robbie off. He always seemed frightened of settling down before he met her.

The 'Bodies' singer has decided to get the Take That frontman to take on the duty instead of his close pal Mark Owen when he marries fiancee Ayda Field.

A member of Robbie's family is quoted by the Daily Star newspaper as saying: "Rob is very fond of Gary and considers him a solid rock in his life.

"Mark was always one of his fun time pals, but Rob really wants to thank Gary and show his respect for their special bond."

Robbie's long-time best friend Jonathan Wilkes will also act as a best man at the 36-year-old pop star's wedding.

The former Take That bandmates had a high-profile feud following Robbie's departure from the group in 1995.

However, in recent years the pair have patched up their differences and it is believed at some point Robbie will rejoin Take That.

He recently said: "It will happen - but not in the next two years. There are contracts to fulfil, then I can do what I want."

"After a while I just saw what was there - a massive-hearted, lovely human being who wants to take care of me and I want to do the same for her."

However, it isn't just sex that keeps him slim - the 'Bodies' singer also finds the time to run every day - and has used his celebrity-filled Soccer Aid charity event, which takes place on Sunday (06.06.10) as a target for getting fitter.

He told the Daily Star newspaper: "I've been running six or seven miles a day, playing a couple of 90 minute games a week, so I am knackered.

"I don't think I've lost weight but I have toned up. It's been a good process and it's been great to have something to aim for."

Robbie isn't the only celebrity who uses to sex to look good - 'Shrek Forever After' star Cameron Diaz also credits it as keeping her youthful.
