| If you applied for tickets to Robbie's forthcoming shows in Glasgow or Dublin you will by now have received an email notifying you that you either have or haven't been successful.
We regret to say that there has unfortunately been an error made by our ticketing partner, Ticketmaster, and anyone who applied for Glasgow will have received notification about Dublin, and vice versa.
Please do not worry. They are currently in the middle of remedying this situation and rest assured that you will receive further communication from them very shortly.
Please note, tickets to Southend and Leeds are not affected.
Due to a data-processing error all customers that had registered for the Robbie Williams performances in Glasgow and Dublin were informed they were successful in the ballot for the incorrect venue. Please note that tickets to Southend and Leeds were not affected.
As such, and in the interests of fairness, we have declared these ballots void and will be running them again. This is to ensure that in the new ballot everyone who entered has an equal chance of winning.
Ticketmaster sincerely apologise to Robbie and his fans for any disappointment and inconvenience caused. All ballot applicants will receive further communication shortly.

| If you were not successful in registering for tickets to Robbie's live shows next week, please do NOT be tempted by sellers offering tickets or codes on eBay or elsewhere. These are NOT valid and will not grant you access to any shows.
This event is strictly for Robbie's genuine fans, so a special paperless ticket system has been put in place to ensure that tickets go to the right hands. The tickets you purchase are "Paperless" and are non-transferable. Security measures have been put in place to make sure only the person who originally purchased the ticket can attend, with their guest. Please refer to the ticketing Terms & Conditions for further info.

If you're in Germany you'll be delighted to hear that Robbie will be heading your way to present an award at the German Radio Awards in Hamburg this Thursday! A lifelong fan of radio, Robbie had this to say about his appearance:
"Radio is King. I have always said so and I have been amazed and so grateful that throughout Europe radio has continued to stick with me."
Robbie has promised an on-stage surprise when he presents the award for Best Innovation, so if you're in Germany be sure to watch events unfold live on television or via a webstream at deutscher-radiopreis.de from 20:05. The event will also feature performances from the likes of Pet Shop Boys and Ed Sheeran.

| Pick up a copy of the latest GQ and you may see a familiar face adorning the cover. Robbie is not only one of the magazine's cover-stars, but flick a few pages further and there's also an in-depth interview in which Robbie talks at length about his forthcoming album, being in love and the prospect of fatherhood.
The feature comes hot on the heels of Robbie winning the Icon Of The Year accolade at GQ's Men Of The Year Awards on Tuesday, when he was presented the award by his own choice for Man Of The Year - Olympic gold medallist Mo Farah. It was an "honour to meet him", he told his Twitter followers. Mo in turn described Robbie as a "Pop icon with the swagger of a rockstar". We couldn't have put it better ourselves!

| Back in May the fourth bi-annual Soccer Aid match was played at Old Trafford and we are now thrilled to announce that the event raised over £4.9 million for children's charity UNICEF. Soccer Aid was co-founded by Robbie to raise funds for the world's most vulnerable children and the figure smashed all previous records set by the event.
Robbie, a UNICEF UK ambassador, was naturally delighted with the result:
"I'm still basking in the glory of England's win and so pleased that this has been the best Soccer Aid yet with almost £5 million raised for UNICEF – for children. Thank you so so much to everyone who donated on the night or bought a ticket to the match - we couldn't have done it without you."
The money raised by this year's event brings the Soccer Aid total to over £12 million and will be spent helping to save children's lives by providing food, vaccines and other critical supplies.
Thank you and congratulations to everyone who donated - it couldn't have been reached without you!

| Following an incredible show in Leeds last night, Robbie's first stop today is House of Fraser in Glasgow, where he'll be launching the Farrell Autumn Winter 2012/13 collection alongside the label's Head of Design Ben Dickens. After introducing the range to Oxford Street's Selfridges a couple of weeks back, Robbie continues to spread the Farrell word with today's trip to Scotland before taking to the stage at the Barrowland Ballroom tonight!
You can keep an eye on what Robbie and Ben are up to in Glasgow this afternoon by following @FarrellUK on Twitter.
