| Показ концерта пройдет в кинотеатре 18 Ноября в Лондоне.
Take That will officially launch one of the largest cinema screens in Europe at the HMV Hammersmith Apollo later this month, the entertainment retail chain said. Skip related content Take That to launch cinema screens HMV and Universal Music Group said the band will introduce a preview screening of the DVD of their 2009 stage show The Circus Live on November 18. It will also mark the launch of the auditorium, which has been restored after a 25-year absence. HMV chief executive Simon Fox said: "We're absolutely thrilled that Take That will be the very first artists to use the restored cinema screen facility. "This very special screening will enable fans to experience the magic of the Circus tour once more. "Aside from its already outstanding live music gigs and comedy shows, the HMV Hammersmith Apollo will become an ideal venue for major screenings and premieres, and will be the ultimate destination for any rock or music films." Up to 1,000 fans who pre-order the DVD at HMV's online store will win a pair of tickets for the screening.

| 1. Entry to the prize draw is automatically made by pre-ordering the CD or DVD of 'Take That – The Circus Live' from hmv.com before 8.00am GMT on 11th November 2009. If you do not want to be entered into the draw, please send an email with the title 'Take That competition' in the subject header to ecommerce.customer@hmv.co.uk .
2. Submission of an entry constitutes acceptance of these rules and any instructions or requirements set out in any promotional material related to the prize draw. In the case of conflict between these rules and any other instructions or requirements, these rules shall prevail. All entrants must also comply with the terms and conditions of the hmv.com site.
3. Entrants must be over the age of 16 and resident in the UK. The prize draw is not open to those who are employees, agents or representatives of the HMV group of companies or Universal, their respective advertising and promotional agencies, any other person connected with this prize draw or members of their respective immediate families or those domiciled with such families.
4.No purchase necessary. For free entry, send your name, address, email and telephone number handwritten on a plain piece of paper by pre-paid post to 'Take That Competition', The Promotions Dept, HMV, Film House, 142 Wardour Street, London, W1F 8LN, to arrive before 11th November 2009. Only one plain paper entry per stamped envelope.
5. Winners will be notified via email to the email account they have registered with us on their HMV. com account after midday on 11th November 2009. The sending of an email to the email address registered on the winner's hmv.com account will be sufficient notification for this purpose and the Promoter will not be responsible for any failure by a winner to receive that email.
6. The winner's confirmation e-mail will contain a (non-transferrable) link – Follow the link to print out your tickets. Tickets available from 9am on Thursday 12th November for 48 hours. 7. The Promoter must receive confirmation of the winner's prize claim by email to the address provided in the email notification within 5 days of the Promoter sending the notification or the winner's claim will lapse and automatically become void. If a selected is invalid, adjudged void or a prize claim lapses, another entrant may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries (but the Promoter shall have no obligation to do so).

11. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

For the name/county of the prize winners, please send a stamped self addressed envelope marked 'Take That Competition Winners Name Prize Draw' to the Promotions Department, HMV, Film House, 142 Wardour Street, London W1F 8LN, within 28 days of the draw date. No other telephone contact or correspondence will be entered into except with the winning entrant.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (but not otherwise) the Promoter assumes no responsibility and is not liable for: (i) the accuracy or otherwise of the prize description or illustration, (ii) any representation, warranty, condition or guarantee in respect of a prize, (iii) the non-availability, failed, loss, late receipt, interception or damage of any entry, prize-claim, prize, notification or other communication, (iv) any circumstances beyond its reasonable control; or (v) any taxes, fees, charges or other costs which winners may be required to pay any time in connection with a prize. 14.
