Well I was at tonight's recording (Friday) after a long and freezing cold day queueing for stand by I was so happy to be there!! Queuing wasn't too bad despite the cold and rain but there was a horrible feeling when they were counting up guaranteed people that we wouldn't get in! I'd always prepared myself for that so it was extra exciting when we did! I think they sat me where someone from the record company was supposed to be sat.

They only actually recorded 3 songs (they must be doing more and I know Patience and Julie are amongst them cos they mentioned them but they didn't record them) - Greatest Day, Rule The World and Shine (so glad they did that!!) but it was fascinating watching all that goes on! They took questions from fans (including one member from here who got more than she bargained for Smile)

Peter Kay was there as Geraldine which was hilarious although I do think alot of his bits will be heavily edited for the broadcast lol They moved a girl who was sat in front of me and I wondered why and it took me ages to notice that Geraldine was sat there instead lol She/he did a quiz with Take That to see how much they know about themselves and she kept telling Howard to shut up lol It was hilarious!! She also kind of attacked Mark lol Not sure if that will be shown either! I'm pretty sure I remember Gary getting manhandled too by Geraldine lol

The whole set and all the stuff going on when they performed Shine really made me feel like I'd been to the Circus! There was so much going on!!! In true Shine style Smile And wait til you see Gary on his piano!!! I was laughing so much!!!!

The most magical moment for me had to be when Gary and Howard sang A Million Love Songs in between set changes. Shame it won't be shown cos that gave me goosebumps!!!

To the show and they sang, Patience, Rule the world, back for good, never forget,x 3 Julie (like a million times lol), Up all night x 3 , Shine x 2 and ,,,,,,,,,, Howard put Jason on the spot in a little break thing and got Jason to do wooden boat, Jay just played the cords for ages on his guitar in the hope they would run out of time and have to start another song but all the crowd starting chanting his name so he gave up and sang it, was amazing listening to everyone sing along with him!

Funiest thing was when Howard was chatting about being lumped with the tamborine and he said he was really good at playing and knew how to play jingle bells, he tapped the tamborine, the whole crowd starting singing Jingle bells and the itv were NOT impressed and kept trying to shush people as there was no time but no one took any notice.

If this is any indication of the tour then we are in for an AMAZING time!!!!

Best Bits

Gary could get a new career as a stand up comedian!!! He was hilarious and kept singing stevie wonder song every time Mark went to sing and making constant jokes.

Howard saying he was going to make us all wet lmao and also he has obviously read the forum as he was saying its a grower this up all night a really grower and Mark made some comment about having to take his hat off lol

Wont say anything else but wait for the FOAM "gulp" was hysterical!

Cant think of any more, my heads going to burst lol

Friday:

We had priority tickets from appluasestore and after nearly freezing to death in the queue for what felt like forever, we ended up at the front of the priority queue!!! We were taken into the holding room by the Rovers hehe Then we got taken through to the studio - yellow wristbands were called through first which made me think we had no chance of getting near the front (we had purple) but when we got into the studio there were spare seats right at the front and the studio person took us over to them and there we were - front row!!!!!!!!!

I don't want to give too much about the show away but it was amazing! At one point Howard's crotch was practically in my face (there was a ladder involved - you'll see on the show lol ) I bet we're gonna be on camera a lot coz things seemed to happen around us a lot lol One person asking a question was just down from us and Mark came and sat in the audience and then someone behind us asked a question. The special guest was just by us too! We were all in fits of laughter - it's a shame they will have to cut a lot of it out coz it wasn't fit for TV lol Gary was on form - SO funny. Hot and funny - perfect combo! Mark asked ‘Hot or no hat' and the response was NO HAT! PMSL

At one point Howard's mic stand was left by us and we were having a rub of it. It had to be done lol

Saturday:

So on the Friday they had taken our names down so we could be back on front row for continuity, but then we didn't know which entrance to go into. We ended up going the front way with the guest list people. They let us and, checked their list and slapped gold wristbands on us. Next thing we know we're in a lift and walking out into the VIP bar area where TT's family etc were!!!!! We sat there with our free drinks thinking ‘We SO should not be here' Anyway, no one threw us out or anything and when we were taken into the studio our names were on our seats like proper VIPS lol And we were sitting just in front of Tony Orange and other family members.

This part of the show was amazing once again - the new songs are fab! I can't wait for the album!

Gary was right in front of us at one point in-between takes, but we couldn't speak (also- he had been taking the pee out of people shouting things to him so we were a little wary lol ) Anyway, Helen shouted ‘Give us a wave Gary!' and he turned round and said ‘I'm only here!' and then in the next song he came right up to her and waved in her face lol I love him!

We had a sing along between filming and Jason did Wooden Boat- he was peeved at Howard for suggesting it though and gave him two fingers PMSL There was also an impromptu performance of RTW and Shine between takes (and AMLS the night before)

At one point between filming, Jason came over to speak to his parents and then looked at Helen and asked if she was okay and then looked from me to Marijke and said 'You were here last night.' and we all went 'Yeh.' and then he said in his Manc accent 'Continuity' (I <3 him shhh)

At the end, Tony called Jason over (just in front of us) and told him he was proud etc and then as Jason was moving away I said ‘I love you Jason!' and he winked at me. Those of you who know me will know I'm not a Jason fan at all, but now...Well let's just say I've seen the Orange side of life....

The ending of the show is gonna be amazing. The guys were having so much fun filming it- it's gonna look great on TV!

I've prob forgotten loads, but so much happened. And that's not even including most of the stuff they were doing for the show lol

The star, 36, was filming the band's Christmas special, Take That Come To Town, in Manchester, but scooted back to girlfriend Emma in London while his bandmates went out and got battered.

He told us: "I get nervous being away from her. I don't want to be stuck in the middle of nowhere when she goes into labour - I want to be at her side."

In their forthcoming TV special Take That Come To Town, the famous four-piece shows off their hidden circus talents as they create an all-singing, all-dancing, all-performing extravaganza.

In a hark back to their young days partying in Ibiza, the band show they aren't afraid to get dirty as they turn the stage into a messy foam party

Bandmembers Mark Owen, Jason Orange, Gary Barlow and Howard Donald decided to recreate their stage show - albeit a bit wilder - for a special one-off TV performance after realising thousands of fans had missed out on tickets for their sell-out concert.

During the one-hour show, Take That will perform tracks from their new album, as well as their greatest hits.

Their set will be performed in the round to continue the circus theme and was filmed in a theatre in their hometown of Manchester.

On Monday, the group scored the fastest-selling album of the year when sales of The Circus hit 133,000 on one day, beating Coldplay's Viva La Vida by 8,000 copies.

Take That Comes To Town will be screened on ITV at 8pm on December 7th.

Earlier this week, Barlow admitted he believes the band will reunite with former bandmember Robbie Williams.

Williams quit the group in 1995 - a year before the group disbanded before finally reuniting in late 2006.
He said: 'As long as we're alive people are going to ask if we're going to get back together and I do believe we will one day, I just don't know when.

'The five of us were together a lot over the summer and it just felt like we were back in the 90s.

I get an email every week from Rob, Mark gets one every other week, J phones him once a week. We're all keeping in touch. It's really fun getting to know him again, I must say.

'The five of us are rebuilding our friendship and that's really the only place to start.'
