Gary Barlow hit out at Louis Walsh last week, saying that he doesn’t spend enough time with his X Factor contestants.
The Take That star hit out at his fellow judge, saying that he only returns to see his acts on the day of the dress rehearsal and leaves them to fend for themselves the rest of the time.
Johnny Robinson later denied the claims, saying that Louis sees them at least four times before each live show, however today Kitty Brucknell has backed Barlow and confessed that she doesn’t see much of her mentor after Sunday’s results episode.
The blonde wannabe told The Sun:
“Louis is in Dublin most of the week but he knows we don’t need our hands held.
“He knows that I have potential and is receptive to my ideas.”
Kitty recently revealed that she will be performing a ‘darker song’ on this week’s show and is known for her over the top performances and large stage productions. But she told the newspaper that she tries not to ‘overdo things’ on the ITV show, adding;
“I don’t try and overdo things as I don’t want to just be all show — I like to think I can actually sing.”

| Kitty Brucknell has admitted that she wishes she had never started impersonating Britney Spears, because she feels it destroyed her own dreams of stardom.
The X Factor hopeful had a successful career as a Britney and Lady Gaga lookalike before she entered the ITV show and travelled all over the world, performing for fans of the popstars.
However, she now wishes she had pursued her own singing career, instead of masquerading as her idols for so long and told The Sun:
“You know what — sometimes I wish I’d never done that stuff.
“Now all everyone thinks of me is ‘Oh, there’s that Britney impersonator’.
Brucknell confessed that she entered for The X Factor, so that she could get own name and style out there and become known for her personal talent. She added:
“I’m a singer, I want to sing but I’ve never been able to get away from that.
“Coming on the show is my way of moving on — but even now I feel like I’m stuck.”
It was reported yesterday that Kitty is struggling to cope with the stress of appearing on the nation’s most popular TV show. She has been undoubtedly the most controversial contestant on the 2011 series and has attracted lots of negative press and viewer attention.
Insiders report that she has turned to a psychiatrist to undergo counselling sessions, in a bid to help her deal with recurring panic attacks.

CAMP Johnny reckons The Sun should bring back the Page 7 fella.
But he doesn't fancy getting his kit off and posing for a few snaps.
The 45-year-old reckons he's too skinny to be be much of a turn-on.
He said: "I loved all that — a bit of a hunk in your daily paper.
"But I wouldn't do it. No way.

| Oh Boy, X Factor's Johnny Robinson is like George
JOHNNY Robinson proves he is a karma chameleon by impersonating Boy George in a 1990s TV talent show.
The Londoner dressed up as his Culture Club idol for ITV's Stars In Their Eyes in the Nineties.
He made it through to the grand final of the show in which contestants impersonated their favourite stars.
Johnny said yesterday: "It was so long ago I can't remember much about it. But I made it through to the final. I had a great time."

| Kitty Brucknell hit a gay club with fellow X factor contestant Johnny Robinson this week and producers are said to be furious with her for her seedy antics at the venue.
The blonde wannabe arrived at the club in a rickshaw, dressed in just a revealing black leotard, with a shirt belted over it and onlookers claimed she continued her attention seeking behaviour all night long.
It is reported that Kitty knocked back shots and cocktails at the bar, before embarking on some sexy pole dancing and then moving on the gyrate against men she met on the night.
An insider told The Mirror that show bosses berated Kitty for her behaviour, insisting that it doesn’t meet with the family friendlly image of the ITV show.
One told the newspaper:
“She wanted to let her hair down but she went too far. Cocktails were being necked, she was pole dancing and she was grinding up against one man very provocatively.
“The X Factor does not want its contestants linked with pole dancing or anything too raunchy and she will be told to rein it in or she will not be allowed out again.”
We would totally understand this, if Rihanna hadn’t done exactly the same thing on the X Factor stage, before the 9pm watershed on last year’s series.

| It’s Halloween week on X Factor this Saturday and while the rest of the contestants will be dressing up and going for slightly more outrageous performances than normal, Johnny Robinson is planning to strip things back and take a more sedate approach.
The former drag queen will take on a slow song tomorrow evening and one person who can’t wait to hear how it sounds, is Take That star and show judge Gary Barlow.
He has previously criticised Louis Walsh for making a ‘joke’ out of Johnny and speaking to ITV.com, admitted that he can’t wait to hear his slow song this weekend.
The dad of three said:
‘I love Johnny. He’s unbeatable when it comes to comebacks! I’m ready, and he is, for a ballad.
‘The viewers would love it!’
Speaking in his official video diary this week, Johnny said his performance this weekend will be ‘stripped back’ and ‘minimalistic.’ Do you think it will go well?

X Factor star Johnny Robinson has teased he’ll be performing a less outlandish track for this weekend’s Halloween special. The 45-year-old told fans that his performance tomorrow evening will be completely “stripped back” and “minimalistic”.
Speaking in his latest video diary, Johnny said: “This week’s Halloween performance will be something a little more…not so outlandish or theatrical. It’s going to be me sort of stripped back and minimalistic. Just me and my voice.
He added: “I think it will be good, it’s a lovely song…I love the song”
Johnny also revealed that he was “blown away” by Gary Barlow’s positive comments on his performance last week.
“Getting the thumbs up from Mr Gary Barlow, I certainly wasn’t expecting that! He blew me away there with that one,” Johnny said.

| Kitty Brucknell has admitted that visiting a hospice for ill children yesterday, really put her own struggles and worries in perspective.
The X Factor contestant joined the rest of the final 16 acts in a visit to Shooting Star CHASE children’s hospice, after it was revealed that the proceeds of their new charity single would be donated to ACT & Children’s Hospices UK.
After her visit, Brucknell confessed:
I have not stopped smiling the whole time I’ve been here. Everyone’s so positive and hopeful. They’re just being kids, you know?
It’s nice that they can all get together as a community and there’s no prejudice as well. They can relax and bond and just be themselves.
It’s so different from the outside world!
We spend most of our time worrying about the X Factor and the littlest thing someone’s said, and you come here and everything is put in perspective.
Kitty has had her own fair share of hospital stays, after falling ill with Guillain-Barre syndrome last year. She added:
Last year I was really ill. I was lying in hospital and I was thinking that I would have given my right arm to be on X Factor.
Now I’m here and I’ve been given the chance of life again. It makes me want to grab life with both hands, and it’s the same for these children.
Some of them seem quite well outwardly, and some of them seem terribly ill, but they just don’t seem to be bothered about it. They’re just getting on with it and being kids.
Kitty also enjoyed being reunited with the contestants that have been eliminated from the show in recent weeks. She particularly misses Sami Brookes, who only left the X Factor house on Monday and said:
It’s really nice to see everyone again. There are six people who’ve gone now and it’s so sad. I miss Sami, so it’s good to see her.

| X Factor’s kooky performer Kitty Brucknell has reportedly been banned from meeting her own fans over fears she’ll be attacked! According to the singer’s boyfriend, show bosses fear for the safety of the wacky singer when out in public.
Kitty’s boyfriend of 6 months Derek Gorman reportedly told a friend: “I can’t believe how many sick people there are out there.
“She is the only X Factor contestant who isn’t allowed to meet fans outside after each show because the bosses are so worried someone will attack her.”
And he added to the Daily Mirror: “When she isn’t on stage she is in casual sweatpants with hair scraped back and no make-up. The editing on X Factor makes her look spoilt but she is the least spoilt girl I ever dated.
“Kitty has had around 150 death threats saying really vile things.”
