| ROBBIE Williams fans celebrated his 38th birthday by donating money to charity.
Members of the website Robbie Williams Fansites United marked the occasion by donating money to The Donna Louise Children's Hospice.
The supporters have been raising money for the Trentham Lakes-based charity, which the superstar is a patron of, since 2009 and have now raised more than £5,200.
Many of the members left birthday messages on their fund-raising website as they left donations of £2 or more.
Melanie Mills, the charity's director of fund-raising and PR, said: "We are immensely proud to have Robbie as one of our patrons and thank him for all his support; much of which goes on very quietly behind the scenes and through his Give It Sum Fund.
"A big thank you to his fans that have been raising money for the charity since 2009.
"Without the generosity of people donating and raising money, we simply would not be able to continue to provide 24/7 care and support services to hundreds of life-threatened children across Staffordshire and South Cheshire."

| Donna Louise Trust
"It's a privilege for me to be a Patron of the Donna Louise Children’s Hospice. The charity makes a real difference to these children whose lives have been tragically limited and I'm delighted to lend my support". Robbie Williams
Robbie became Patron of The Donna Louise Children’s Hospice in 2002 and, since then, he has enjoyed a number of visits to the Hospice. The first of these visits took place when the hospice was under construction and Robbie wanted to see the progress being made with the building of Staffordshire’s first hospice for life threatened children. Since then, he has visited the hospice after it opened to meet the staff and to spend time with some of the children and families it supports.
On Robbie’s return to England in early 2009, he helped raise the profile of the charity when it was experiencing difficult financial times as a result of the recession. Robbie’s heartfelt plea to the public through the media strengthened the charity’s SOS Appeal.
The charity recently celebrated its 10th Birthday, and once again, Robbie was there to lend his support by narrating the trust's new DVD. "I would like to send my love to all the children and families", he said, "and of course to the brilliant staff of the Donna Louise Children's Hospice, who make this very special place possible. You are all amazing and do an incredible job. I am very proud to be a Patron. Here's wishing you all a very Happy 10th Birthday."

| Концерт Роба в Дублине 14 сентября был не обычный! Деньги собранные на нём пошли в ирландский ЮНИСЕФ
UNICEF Ireland would like to thank Denis Desmond and concert promoters, MCD, for not taking any fee from the concert at the 02 in Dublin on Sept 14th and keeping all costs associated with the concert to a minimum. We would also like to thank the staff of the 02 arena for all of their assistance.
Acknowledging the support of Robbie Williams, Peter Power, UNICEF Ireland Executive Director said:
“We would like to thank Robbie Williams today for this extraordinarily generous gift to UNICEF Ireland. Robbie’s commitment to UNICEF has spanned many years and he has been an Ambassador for UNICEF in the UK since 2001. The funds raised by Robbie’s concert will go towards our continuing work for child survival across the world. In the same week when we announced that the number of under-five child deaths has dropped more than 40% since 1990—a figure that demonstrates it is possible to radically reduce child mortality, Robbie’s donation to UNICEF Ireland will go towards UNICEF’s on-going mission to eliminate preventable child deaths and to provide children across the globe with the opportunity to thrive.”
UNICEF Ireland would also like to congratulate Robbie and his wife Ayda on becoming parents this week as they welcomed the arrival of their baby daughter Theodora Rose on Tuesday afternoon.

SUPERSTAR Robbie Willaims has donated a gold disc to a Cheadle college to help out with its fund-raising.
The singer has given a framed signed gold disc of his album ‘Escapology’ to support the Parent and Teachers Association at Painsley Catholic College.
The PTA holds a joint Christmas supper and concert, in conjunction with the music department, each year to raise funds to help the college.
The disc will be auctioned off through Painsley’s website www.painsley.co.uk where there is a link on the homepage to submit a bid.
Principal Stephen Bell said: “We are extremely grateful to Robbie and his family for supporting Painsley.
“We already have a bid of £250 and we are hoping that we can raise even more for new stage lighting at the college.”
